Join our Electrical General Superintendent (Solar EPC) Talent Community today! We're looking for strategic builders, coaches, and innovators in utility-scale solar construction. You'll lead construction excellence, champion safe and efficient construction methods, and train & mentor field teams.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in utility-scale solar construction, with a focus on electrical systems
- Proven leadership and mentoring skills across diverse field teams
- Strong understanding of construction methods, tools, and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specs, and contract documents
- Solid grasp of job costing and project planning
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel extensively and work on-site weekly
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience
- Valid driver’s license and clean MVR
