Requirements

• Ability to work in CA, AZ or TX
• 7+ years of supervisory experience on utility-scale solar, BESS, or other High-Voltage self-perform EPC projects
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; quick to learn new software
• Solid understanding of construction drawings, equipment, and terminology
• Safety-first mindset with practical application of safety standards
• Willingness to relocate to project sites for the duration of each assignment
• Clean MVR

Benefits

• Salary Range: $120,000 to $160,000, based on experience
