Requirements
- 7+ years of supervisory experience on utility-scale solar self-perform EPC projects
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; quick to learn new software
- Solid understanding of construction drawings, equipment, and terminology
- Safety-first mindset with practical application of safety standards
- Willingness to relocate to project sites for the duration of each assignment
- Clean MVR
