Job Description
The Logistics Assistant will work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing competing demands under the direction of the SLS. The role requires travel to the project site in Mansfield, LA, and involves using various tools for receiving and materials management, as well as coordinating deliveries and providing guidance to receiving and offload crews.
Requirements
- Become proficient in various tools used in the receiving and materials management process
- Assist in the receipt of project materials under the direction of the SLS
- Coordinate and schedule material deliveries
- Provide guidance to Receiving and Offload crews
- Monitor Equipment Status Reports
- Generate and distribute additional material reports and documentation
- Ensure a safe work environment
- Assist in displaying and promoting company values and culture
