The Maintenance Manager directs the strategic and tactical operations of the maintenance function for the entire plant, ensuring equipment reliability and aligning maintenance strategies with overall production goals.

Requirements

• Lead and manage all maintenance operations for plant equipment and facilities
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies aligned with production and quality objectives
• Manage maintenance budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control initiatives
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and ISO standards
• Develop and mentor supervisors and technical staff to ensure skill development and succession planning
