CNC Machinist- Twin spindle/Twin Turret- 2nd Shift

Manufacturing Precision Metal Products on CNC Turning Centers. Qualified to operate Twin Spindle / Twin Turret machines manufactured by Eurotech and Mori Seiki.

Requirements

• Read and interpret process plans, and blueprints to determine necessary machining, dimensional specifications, and operating requirements.
• Utilizes various types of inspection instruments to check work per print.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance: proper coolant levels, filters, fan operation, cleans machine, etc.
• Maintain accurate records of production and quality control.
• Follow safety procedures and observe all necessary safety protocols.
• Communicate clearly and accurately in noisy environments.
• Read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Work OT to meet tight deadlines as needed.
