Job Description
The Stewarding Supervisor is responsible for supervising and leading the stewarding team, managing inventory, ensuring hygiene and sanitation standards, and developing a culture of safety.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in stewarding, dishwashing, or kitchen cleaning roles
- In-depth knowledge of sanitation and hygiene standards in a culinary environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and cleaning chemicals
- Understanding of budgeting and cost control principles
