Stewarding Supervisor

The Stewarding Supervisor is responsible for supervising and leading the stewarding team, managing inventory, ensuring hygiene and sanitation standards, and developing a culture of safety.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in stewarding, dishwashing, or kitchen cleaning roles
• In-depth knowledge of sanitation and hygiene standards in a culinary environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and cleaning chemicals
• Understanding of budgeting and cost control principles
