The Steward Supervisor is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, inventory, and issuance of Banquet Equipment while following required procedures for handling, cleaning, and disposing of food and beverages.
Requirements
- Polishes all required equipment
- Follows procedures for handling, cleaning, and disposing of food and beverages
- Maintains inventory of equipment
- Prepares back aisle items for banquet functions
- Assists with traying of salads, entrees, and desserts
- Keeps glassware organized
- Monitors trash levels
- Ensures clean working environment
- Keeps immediate supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters
