Job Description
The Stewarding Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the kitchen and dining areas. Responsibilities include overseeing the stewarding team, maintaining cleanliness, and upholding high standards for the use of cleaning chemicals and dish areas.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age to apply
- Must be flexible to work hours determined by business levels and needs of the Food & Beverage outlets
- Ability to speak and read the English language
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8–10 hours per shift)
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
