Job Description
The Maintenance Supervisor ensures daily general apartment maintenance duties are completed and develops and upholds company standards in a professional manner.
Requirements
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance team activities
- Work hands on with staff in all areas of maintenance responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections of apartments and common areas to identify and resolve maintenance issues
- Train and mentor maintenance staff
