MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

The Maintenance Supervisor ensures daily general apartment maintenance duties, develops and upholds company standards, and performs tasks in a professional manner.

Requirements

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance team
• Work hands on with staff in all areas of the maintenance responsibilities
• Conduct regular inspections of apartments, common areas, and amenities
• Train and mentor maintenance staff
• Order and maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment
• Implement and enforce safety procedures and guidelines
