Job Description
Princeton Management is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to provide professional communication with coworkers, vendors, and residents. The role involves performing a range of maintenance tasks including repairing, replacing, and maintaining properties such as windows, electrical systems, HVAC systems, and plumbing. Requirements

- Ability to complete service requests in occupied units
- Ability to complete basic and complete electrical work
- Ability to perform basic appliance repair

- Ability to perform basic HVAC repairs
- EPA Refrigerant Recovery Certification (preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work overtime when needed.
