Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team in Portland, ME. The role involves completing daily maintenance work orders, troubleshooting and repairing basic issues, and responding to emergency calls. Requirements
- Complete daily maintenance work orders across apartment homes
- Troubleshoot and repair basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC issues
- Respond to emergency calls on a rotating on-call schedule
- Work independently and with a team to keep our communities clean and functioning
- Communicate with vendors and property management staff as needed
- Participate in snow removal when required
