Job Description
Princeton Properties is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for their Royal Crest Estates property in N. Andover, MA. The ideal candidate has experience with basic repairs, plumbing, or electrical work and is eager to learn and grow in a hands-on environment.
Requirements
- Daily maintenance work orders
- Troubleshooting and repairing basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC issues
- Emergency call response
- Working independently and with a team
- Communication with vendors and property management staff
- Participating in snow removal
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and physically handle tasks
- Availability for on-call emergencies and snow removal
