The IT Support Analyst provides escalated technical support and training to end users, troubleshooting software/hardware issues, and collaborating with other technical resources to solve complex problems.
Supply and deploy technical solutions to business problems, provide excellent customer support, and provide escalated and advanced hardware and software support to business users.
The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of experience in providing customer service through hardware and software technical support, advanced hardware and software troubleshooting skills, and strong communications skills with a focus on customer service.
