The Electronics Controls Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical and electronic equipment in a manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED (Electronics Technology degree preferred) or Apprentice completion in electrical trades or 3-5 years hands on experience as Electronics Technician preferred
- Proficiency in PLC programming and troubleshooting
- Proficiency in Mechanical Skills
- Strong knowledge of industrial controls and automation
- Experience with Allen Bradley, Siemens, or similar PLC platforms
- Expertise in electrical/electronic systems troubleshooting
- Understanding of NEC electrical codes
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Industrial electronics expertise
