Extrusion Technical Lead

Extrusion Team Lead Position: Safely and efficiently assist in the operation of extrusion machines in accordance with specifications and quality standards, model Printpack Core Values, and perform various tasks including maintenance, quality tests, and training.

Requirements

• Understands, operates and makes any needed adjustments to all blown film systems.
• Can proficiently operate and trouble shoot blown film machines and processes.
• Coordinate the efficient execution of all changeovers and weekly PMs.
• Ability to climb and descend stairs.
• Desire to work in a team environment focused on driving continuous improvement.
• Ability and willingness to train, teach, and coach others.
