Job Description
We are seeking a Software Support Specialist (L3 Support) to provide technical support for our web application (HRMS) in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The candidate will work as a frontline support team member to resolve issues and collaborate with the S/W Development team on need basis.
Requirements
- 4-8 years of experience
- Strong knowledge in SQL and ability to write SQL Queries
- Strong knowledge of Stored Procedures, Triggers and Functions
- Good communication skills to talk directly with US based clients
