Senior Data Science Manager, Growth & Retention Marketing

We are seeking a Senior Data Science Manager, Growth & Retention Marketing to lead the team that advances our Marketing capabilities, driving initiatives around machine learning model development & causal inference. The successful candidate will oversee the development & maintenance of production-grade machine learning models, manage projects, and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in data science & analytics
• 5+ years of experience in a marketing, customer, or revenue data-related role
• 3+ years of experience managing or mentoring data scientists, analysts, or engineers
• Bachelor's or master's degree in data science, econometrics, statistics, math, computer science, or a related field
• Strong statistical proficiency
• Python for statistical computing, model development, and data visualization
• Advanced SQL
