PrizePicks is seeking a Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategy and campaigns across core sport tentpoles in 2026 and beyond. The ideal candidate will have 6–8+ years of experience in integrated marketing, campaign strategy, or related roles, with a proven ability to lead integrated marketing strategies and execute multi-channel campaigns at scale.
Requirements
- 6–8+ years of experience in integrated marketing, campaign strategy, or related roles (consumer, sports, gaming, or tech preferred)
- Proven ability to lead integrated marketing strategies and execute multi-channel campaigns at scale
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to connect business goals to marketing plans and execution
- Proven ability to collaborate across various internal teams, including Product, Product Marketing, Creative, Analytics, Paid Media, and CRM.
- Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across multiple stakeholders
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage complex, concurrent initiatives
- Data-driven mindset with experience leveraging insights to inform strategy and optimization
- Experience mentoring or guiding more junior team members
