Content & Lifecycle Marketing Manager

We're looking for a Content & Lifecycle Marketing Manager who can own the full storytelling engine of our brand across email, lifecycle flows, content strategy, and video-first creative. This role blends creativity with performance: you'll develop content that grows our audience, produce video and written assets that educate and inspire, and build lifecycle marketing programs that turn first-time buyers into loyal customers.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in DTC/e-commerce marketing, content, or lifecycle marketing
• Experience running email campaigns and automated flows in tools like Klaviyo, Shopify or HubSpot
• Strong writing skills from conversion-focused copy to brand storytelling
• Experience producing and editing video content (e.g., short-form vertical)
• Ability to manage content calendars across channels with consistency
• Comfortable with basic analytics (GA4, Klaviyo dashboards, attribution tools)
• Highly organized, proactive, and energized by a fast-paced growth environment
