Pro Coffee Gear is a thriving e-commerce company seeking a Content & Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own the full storytelling engine of the brand across email, lifecycle flows, content strategy, and video-first creative.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in DTC/e-commerce marketing, content, or lifecycle marketing
- Strong writing skills from conversion-focused copy to brand storytelling
- Experience running email campaigns and automated flows in tools like Klaviyo, Shopify or HubSpot
- Ability to manage content calendars across channels with consistency
- Comfortable with basic analytics (GA4, Klaviyo dashboards, attribution tools)
- Highly organized, proactive, and energized by a fast-paced growth environment
