Content & Lifecycle Marketing Manager

Pro Coffee Gear is a thriving e-commerce company located in Austin, Texas, and is looking for a Content & Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own the full storytelling engine of their brand. The role involves developing content that grows their audience, producing video and written assets, and building lifecycle marketing programs to turn first-time buyers into loyal customers.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in DTC/e-commerce marketing, content, or lifecycle marketing
• Amazing writing skills
• Demonstrated experience running email campaigns and automated flows
• Experience producing and editing video content
• Experience with content email, especially in creating engaging content
• Ability to manage content calendars across channels with consistency
• Comfortable with basic analytics (GA4, Klaviyo dashboards, attribution tools)
• Highly organized, proactive, and energized by a fast-paced growth environment
