Head of Growth - Remote/Worldwide

As the Head of Growth, you will own the strategy and execution of our growth marketing efforts across paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing, conversion optimization, and retention. You will be responsible for driving measurable growth and maximizing customer lifetime value while balancing efficiency and scale.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• 5+ years in growth marketing, performance marketing, or ecommerce marketing
• Strong expertise in paid acquisition (Meta, Google) and lifecycle marketing (email, SMS, retention), and digital marketing (SEO, affiliate marketing, influencer marketing)
• Data-driven mindset with experience in A/B testing, funnel optimization, and LTV/CAC modeling
• Leadership experience has led a team before
• Deep understanding of DTC/ecommerce metrics (CAC, LTV, AOV, conversion rates)
• Experience with modern marketing tools, AI, and automation
