Pro Med Healthcare Services is seeking experienced professionals for the Case Management role to join our dynamic healthcare team.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience.
• Acute Hospital RN Case Management experience
• Critical Care
• Prior experience in case management or care coordination desired.
• Strong critical thinking and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
