The Clinical Pharmacist – Emergency Medicine provides direct patient care, works with a multidisciplinary ED team, and has a secondary clinical practice area of Pediatrics/NICU.
Requirements
- PharmD Pharmacy or bachelor's degree in pharmacy
- Oregon Pharmacist License upon hire
- 1 year or equivalent acute care hospital pharmacy experience (preferred)
- Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency (preferred)
