Job Description
Pro Solutions Air is seeking a Lead HVAC Installer to lead retrofit installations in the Phoenix Valley area. This role involves full project ownership from installation to system startup, requiring leadership skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of HVAC trade practices. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and takes initiative.
Requirements
- Strong HVAC installation experience (residential and/or commercial)
- Knowledgeable in system diagnostics, subcooling/superheat, and start-up procedures
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Leadership experience or qualities
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Comfortable working in hot, high-temperature outdoor environments
