Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our commercial team at Proactivanet, a leading ITSM (IT Service Management) and ITAM (IT Asset Management) tool in Spain and Latin America.
Requirements
- 3+ years in Customer Success/TAM/Consultancy in technological environments (ideally SaaS)
- Knowledge of ITIL (ideally ITIL 4 Foundation or higher)
- Conversational technological literacy
- Native Spanish/C2 and English minimum C1
- Consultative approach, result-oriented, and excellent communication skills
- Stakeholder management
