Hotel General Manager

General Manager – Premium Serviced Apartments for a 41-key serviced apartment property in Cape Town City Centre, with P&L responsibility and a high degree of autonomy.

Requirements

• 8+ years senior hospitality leadership experience
• Proven full P&L accountability within a hotel or serviced apartment environment
• Strong oversight of Food & Beverage outlets, including cost control and profitability
• Demonstrated success in driving ADR, occupancy, and overall revenue performance
• Solid understanding of South African labour law (BCEA, LRA, EEA, OHS Act)
• Experience reporting to international or remote ownership structures
• Financially astute with strong budgeting and forecasting expertise
• Entrepreneurial mindset with an asset-owner approach
