Our client, a leading insurance solutions provider, is seeking a Company Secretarial Coordinator to ensure compliance with Companies Act and financial laws, and to perform various administrative duties.
Requirements
- Completed at least Level 1 of Chartered Governance Institute, CGI (formerly) ICSA and studying towards full completion CGI or any other acceptable qualification
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position
- Good knowledge of Companies Act, Listing Rules and corporate laws
- Familiar with the financial services industry and financial laws
- Fully conversant with the online filing system of the Registrar of Companies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good team player
