Job Description
We are looking for a strong hands-on builder with a practical and quality-focused mindset to deliver Salesforce solutions in a development, configuration, or technical consulting role. The role is focused on hands-on technical delivery, working closely with functional consultants, solution architects, project managers, and other developers to build high-quality, scalable, and maintainable Salesforce solutions.
Requirements
- Experience delivering Salesforce solutions in a development, configuration, or technical consulting role
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce platform development including Apex, Lightning Web Components, flows, and other declarative features
- An understanding of the Salesforce data model, security model, automation capabilities, and platform constraints
- The ability to interpret requirements and convert them into effective technical solutions
- Familiarity with agile delivery methods and project-based delivery environments
