Procare Solutions is seeking a Business Development Representative to empower early childhood educators with child care management solutions. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years' experience in outbound sales, preferably in SaaS or fintech, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Requirements
- 1 - 2 years' experience in outbound sales, preferably in SaaS or fintech
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Understanding of SaaS-based solutions and fintech products
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools such as Salesforce and Salesloft
- Exceptional pipeline management and organizational skills
- Ability to handle objections effectively
