The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in product operations, program management, or a closely related role within a software product company. The role is responsible for cross-functional execution, outcome metrics, and stakeholder communication.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product operations, program management, or a closely related role within a software product company
- Experience owning cross-functional execution programs involving engineering, product, and go-to-market teams
- Experience building outcome-based metrics frameworks and connecting product investment to business results
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data tools (Excel, SQL, or BI tools) and operational tooling (Jira, Confluence, or equivalent)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Computer Science, Product Management, or related field
