Job Description
Procare Solutions is seeking a Principal Engineer to lead technical vision and strategy for their platform. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in technical leadership roles, experience with Ruby/Rails, TypeScript/React, Go, and Python, and an AI-native workflow. The role involves leading data architecture transformation, defining query access patterns, and owning the technical strategy for platform evolution.
Requirements
- 10+ years' of experience in technical leadership roles
- BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Experience with Ruby/Rails, TypeScript/React, Go, Python, and the ability to learn new stacks fast
- AI-native workflow
- Experience building and scaling complex products and applications
