Job Description
As a Principal Engineer, you will lead the technical vision and strategy for Procare Solutions' technology stack, driving architectural health and scalability to support business growth. You will collaborate with product leadership, drive scaling strategies, and partner with other departments to shape the broader system architecture.
Requirements
- 10+ years' of experience in technical leadership roles
- BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Experience with Ruby/Rails, TypeScript/React, Go, Python, and ability to learn new stacks fast
- AI-native workflow and experience building agentic applications
- Demonstrated experience building and scaling complex products and applications
