Business Development Manager (West Africa)

Procept Associates Professional Services Limited (Procept Africa) seeks a Business Development Manager (West Africa) to drive commercial growth across West Africa’s Anglophone and Francophone countries. The BDM will lead the full business development lifecycle, including generating and qualifying leads, managing client accounts, and supporting the successful execution and delivery of client engagements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, IT, or a related field
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in business development, consulting sales, or professional services across West Africa
• Proven track record in selling consulting, advisory, ISO, or training services
• Experience working with senior stakeholders in financial institutions, central banks, government ministries, telecoms, and large corporates
• Strong understanding of ISO standards, IT governance, ITSM, cybersecurity, and transformation services
