Procom is searching for a MTPS Wintel Engineer for a contract opportunity in Durham, NC. The engineer will carry out high to complex level tasks in administration of customer systems, provide leadership, and ensure processes and tools are constantly improving.
Requirements
- Carry out high to complex level tasks in administration of customer systems as assigned by team leader or manager
- Provide leadership, guidance and mentoring to lower level team members
- Meet and exceed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and customer expectation in one or more areas
