Procom is seeking a Wintel Engineer for a contract opportunity in Durham, NC. The candidate will carry out high to complex level tasks in administration of customer systems, provide expert support, and ensure high quality and cost-effective service to customers.
Requirements
- Carry out high to complex level tasks in administration of customer systems
- Provide expert support for one or more technologies or customers
- Ensure that processes and tools are constantly improving
- Meet and exceed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and customer expectation
- Provide leadership, guidance and mentoring to lower level team members
