Requirements
- Performing general office support functions
- Receiving, reviewing, and organizing records and correspondence
- Establishing and maintaining control logs and preparing data
- Tracking construction modifications and contractor requests
- Maintaining spreadsheets and other tracking tools
- Experience in administrative support for construction of medical centers
- Working knowledge of construction practices and ability to call upon this knowledge
