Staff Product Manager

We're seeking a seasoned Staff Product Manager to play a key role in transforming Productboard into an AI-first company. You will own and shape meaningful parts of our product experience, driving strategy and execution across one or more of our core product areas.

Requirements

• Own and drive a product strategy and roadmap that delivers highly differentiated value to our customers, aligned with Productboard's AI-first vision and the success of Spark.
• Drive the ideation, discovery, and development of new features and enhancements — leveraging the rapid advances in AI & LLMs to transform how product teams work.
• Uncover and cultivate a deep understanding of customer needs essential for modern product organizations and their stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, product marketing, and customer support, to ensure successful product launches and alignment with business objectives.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competition, and best practices — particularly the fast-evolving AI landscape and its implications for product management tooling.
• Exhibit exceptional communication skills by effectively translating complex concepts into clear strategies and actions.
• Act as an external advocate for modern, customer-centric product management best practices among our customers and the broader market.
• Mentor and coach junior colleagues, and lead across the company through indirect influence.
