Productboard is seeking a seasoned Staff Product Manager to play a key role in transforming the company into an AI-first company. The role involves owning and shaping meaningful parts of the product experience, driving strategy and execution across one or more of the core product areas, and collaborating with globally located product teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in Enterprise B2B SaaS
- Proficient in product management tooling and familiar with frameworks and methodologies such as lean, JTBD, agile, and various prioritization techniques
- Great understanding of technology and product architecture
- Experience working on complex collaborative products architected as modular and extensible platforms, or with meaningful platform-like aspects
- Strong track record of delivering products with cross-functional teams to enterprise customers, with appreciation and understanding of the complex needs of large organizations
- Experience building AI-powered products is a strong plus
- Highly skilled in conducting user research and building empathy with customers
- Experience with business intelligence and product analytics tools to measure the success of your team's efforts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings clearly to diverse audiences, including senior executives internally and externally
- Proactive, curious, and independent, with a passion for solving broader problems, advancing your craft, and driving company-wide impact
- Experience in mentoring and coaching junior colleagues, as well as leading across the company through indirect influence
- Educational background in computer science or a related field. A reputable tech industry-focused MBA is a strong plus
