Permit Coordinator

Permit Coordinator responsible for overseeing, submitting, and obtaining approval for all OSP Permit Design packages, including all permits associated with fiber optic cable networks.

Requirements

• Three to five years of related permitting experience within the telecom industry.
• Working knowledge of Sheets and other Google Workspace programs, along with AutoCAD and 3-GIS.
• Customer service acumen to interpret, communicate, and help deliver client needs.
• Impressive ability to organize and prioritize projects.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate and write effectively.
• Must be able to walk extensively, sit, stand, and climb stairs throughout the day.
