Permit Coordinator position at TAIT & Associates. Coordinate between teams, clients, and agencies to keep permits moving. Work alongside Directors on entitlement, design, and construction efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or architecture
- Proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Smartsheet
- Prior experience with permitting
- Experience in administration, project coordination, and/or clerical work
- Excellent written and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to learn quickly and effectively
