Provider Relations Field Inspector

The Provider Relations Field Inspector works closely with the organization’s provider network to ensure vehicle compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Partner with providers to oversee and support vehicle compliance requirements
• Coordinate and schedule vehicle inspections with providers
• Travel to provider locations to perform on-site vehicle inspections as needed
• Evaluate vehicles to ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards
• Document inspection findings accurately and thoroughly
• Provide guidance to providers on corrective actions when compliance issues are identified
• Maintain inspection records and related compliance documentation
• Communicate inspection outcomes and follow-up requirements to internal teams
• Assist with preparation of compliance reports and audits related to vehicle standards
