Job Description
Profound Medical is looking for a CRM Operations Manager to oversee the administration, optimization, and governance of the HubSpot platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for system configuration, user permissions, integrations, and platform governance, as well as providing ongoing CRM support to commercial teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience customizing and configuring marketing automation or CRM platforms
- Proven experience leading CRM architecture from discovery through implementation.
- Deep expertise in HubSpot; experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is an asset.
- Experience working within commercial operations, revenue operations, or sales operations teams.
- Experience integrating CRM with marketing automation, ERP, analytics, and engagement tools
