Accountant

Our client is a leading international company operating in the transport & mobility sector, recognised for its high-quality solutions, long-standing market leadership, and exceptional business performance. To support further growth and strengthen their finance function, we are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and professional Accountant.

Requirements

• Manage the Accounts Receivable process, including monitoring incoming payments, reconciling balances, and ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies
• Maintain, reconcile, and ensure the accuracy of analytical accounting records
• Prepare and execute payment orders in accordance with internal policies and deadlines
• Maintain accurate and compliant tax and VAT records, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements
• Support monthly and statutory reporting, including VAT, BST, KRD, SFR, and ČPPS submissions
• Manage the fixed asset register, including depreciation calculations, revaluation processes, and coordination of asset inventories
• Oversee contract governance and ensure proper document archiving to support audit readiness and regulatory compliance
• Assist in financial analysis and reporting by gathering, organizing, and validating data
