Job Description
We are seeking a Country Head Croatia to lead the local operations of a respected international premium consumer health & wellness company. The role requires a structured, credible, and integration-oriented leader with experience in country management, operations, finance, and governance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in country management, general management, or senior operational leadership roles
- Strong background in operations, finance, governance, and organisational structuring
- Experience working in partner-based or hybrid go-to-market models
- Solid financial acumen and confidence in managing budgets, margins, and operational performance
- Structured, calm, and reliable leadership style with the ability to build alignment over time
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in Croatian and English
