Requirements
- Develop and execute annual sales and revenue plans aligned with company objectives and supplier agreements.
- Recruit, mentor, and motivate a multi-channel sales team.
- Prepare and negotiate cooperation agreements and commercial terms with major clients.
- Work closely with Finance, Marketing, and Logistics teams to align sales plans with trade marketing initiatives and financial targets.
- Partner with brand and trade marketing teams to design and execute promotional plans.
