Assistant Director-La Posada

The Assistant Director supervises staff at an adult psychiatric acute residential Spanish speaking treatment program and manages the flow of clients into and out of the program. The role involves promoting social rehabilitation, developing working relationships with referral sources, and coordinating staff schedules and client data collection.

Requirements

• AA in any field + 6 years experience in any mental health related field
• BA in any field + 4 years experience in any mental health related field
• MA in any field + 2 years experience in any mental health related field
• MHRS Certification required
• Specific experience in residential treatment and/or knowledge of social rehabilitation preferred
