Program Director-Dore Clinic

The Program Director is the clinical and administrative team leader of the Dore Urgent Care Clinic, managing and supervising the clinic's workflow, staff, and services.

Requirements

• Valid and current California license as a Nurse Practitioner, Registered Nurse or Physician Assistant
• Minimum 3 years experience in a crisis mental health setting
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in clinic management, staff supervision, scheduling, and budgeting
• Must have or develop knowledge of Social rehabilitation philosophy and mental health recovery models
• Must be able to communicate effectively with medical and mental health staff, clients, family members and providers both orally and in writing.
• Must be able to work effectively on computers and computer based information systems
• Must comply with the Progress Foundation code of ethics.
